At CalmLulla, we know that when your little one needs relief, every day matters. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly, safely, and reliably as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping and returns details below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During high-demand periods (such as sale events or holidays), processing may take slightly longer — but we'll always do our best to keep things moving.
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. A second email with your tracking details will follow as soon as your order ships.
Shipping & Delivery Times
After processing, your order is shipped and typically arrives within 6–12 business days.
Estimated total delivery time (processing + shipping): approximately 7–15 business days.
Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, high-demand periods, weather, or customs clearance — all of which are outside our direct control. We appreciate your patience and will always help track down your order if anything seems delayed.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become active after you receive it.
If you haven't received tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please reach out and we'll be happy to help.
Shipping Destinations

If your country isn't listed at checkout, we may not yet ship to your location — but we're always expanding, so feel free to contact us.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office if you have questions about potential fees.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. CalmLulla is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it. Orders returned to us due to an undeliverable address can be re-shipped once the correct details and any additional shipping costs are confirmed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We package every order with care, but if your item arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, we're here to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and, if applicable, a photo of the damage. We'll work with you on a replacement or resolution.

We stand behind every CalmLulla product. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you're protected by our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
How it works:
- Contact us within 60 days of receiving your order to start a return or request a refund.
- Email us at [CustomerSupport@CalmLulla.com] with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
- Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. (Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.)
A few notes for hygiene and safety: Because CalmLulla products are used for your baby's nasal care, we ask that returned items be in clean, resalable condition where possible. If a product is faulty or defective, we'll always make it right regardless of condition.
